Spiritual contact:
Nothing on the other side can hurt you because you are in your realm. There realm of the living. But you can see the ghosts after a while. When you are in a developing circle among experienced people, there is no emptiness, every space is filled, and usually with beautiful things. Animals, birds, and loved ones are there. Nothing is ever lost, but remains eternally there, although on a higher plane, of existence.

Then you will see a face moving over yours, rapidly then slowly until one move away and sits behind your shoulder this is usually your guide.
