The Protection Ritual That Saved My Client:
How to Shield Your Energy from Psychic Attack

Learn a powerful protection ritual that saved my client from psychic attack and energy drain—step-by-step guide, stories & practices to keep your aura safe.
Introduction: Why Protection Matters
In my work as a spiritual guide, I’ve witnessed countless times how vulnerable we become when we open ourselves to love, trust, or deep spiritual work. Energetic boundaries may slip. Psychic attack, energetic vampirism, negative cords, or simply draining environments can take more from us than we realise.
Today I want to tell you about the protection ritual that saved my client, how we performed it, and how you can adapt its essence to safeguard your energy.
Because your energy is sacred and it’s your birthright to protect it.

The Story: What Happened to My Client
A few years ago, I had a client (let’s call her “L”) who came to me exhausted, anxious, and drained. She had been working in a spiritual healing space and felt like something dark was targeting he. She was losing vitality, her dreams were haunted, and her aura felt fuzzy.
She described a series of disturbing incidents, including doors opening by themselves, shadows in corners, and unexplained fatigue after certain visits. She told me, “It feels like something is leeching off me.”
After evaluating her energetic landscape, I knew she needed more than counselling; she required a potent protection ritual to reclaim her sovereignty.
We performed a ritual over three nights. Within days, her sleep improved, the heaviness lifted, her aura felt clear again, and the disturbances stopped. That ritual became one of my core templates for protection and energy recovery.
Understanding Psychic Attack, Energy Leaks & Vulnerability
Before I outline the ritual, here’s some brief context
Psychic attack: when harmful or malicious energy is directed toward you intentionally or unintentionally
Energy leaks: channels through which your life force escapes unresolved trauma, open chakras, weak boundaries
Vulnerability zones: times, relationships, or spiritual states when your protection is more fragile
Knowing this helps you realise why protection rituals are not optional; they’re essential.

The Protection Ritual: Step‑by‑Step
Below is the ritual protocol we used, adapted for personal use. You can adjust timing, tools, and invocation words to suit your practice.
Night 1 – Clearing & Detachment
Remove existing negative attachments, cords, and foreign energies
Cleanse with smoke (sage, palo santo), salt, sound. Then visualise cutting cords and sweeping away what is not yours.
Night 2 – Shielding & Boundary Anchoring
Build protective structures, reinforce limits
Call in protective energies (angels, ancestors, guardians): Visualise shields, auras, prismatic light. Anchor the boundary.
Night 3 – Empowerment & Blessing
Reclaim your sovereignty, seal the work
Invoke your higher self, light, divine love. State your sovereignty. Seal the shield with symbols, sigils, or sacred gestures.
Below is a detailed guide:

Night 1: Clearing & Detachment
Prepare your sacred space. Cleanse the room (smudge, spray, salt, sound).
Light a
black or
purple candle (for banishing, protection) and a
white candle (for purity).
Sit quietly, breathe, and call your guides/ancestors for support.
Visualise all cords, attachments, and invasive energies. Speak:
“I detach all cords not belonging to me. I free my energy from all souls, places, or forces that no longer serve.”
Use a golden sword, scissors of light, or your intention to cut and sweep away.
As you do, imagine those released energies dissolving into white light and returning to Their Source.
Night 2: Shielding & Boundary Anchoring
Cleanse again if needed. Light a
blue or
green candle (for healing and protection) along with the
white candle.
Call in your protectors: angels, ancestors, light beings, deities, or your higher self.
Visualise a shield around your body, perhaps a bubble, diamond grid, prism of light, or even your favourite sacred symbol.
Walk around your space (if possible) with a feather, wand, or hand, tracing the limits of your sphere, “zipping” closed doors, windows, and chakras.
Affirm:
“Only what is mine may enter. Only the highest, the purest may touch me.”
Anchor this shield by placing crystals (black tourmaline, obsidian, amethyst), by drawing sigils, or by using a protective symbol marker (on your threshold, mirror, door).
Night 3: Empowerment & Blessing
Light
white,
gold, or
violet candles.
Invite your higher self, Source, or inner divine light to preside over the ceremony.
Visualise all the fragments of
your energy, your light, your power gathering, returning, and integrating.
Speak:
“I claim full sovereignty over my energy, my body, my mind. I declare that no force may encroach upon my sacred space. I stand in divine protection and love.”
Seal the work: visualise a buffer of light, draw your symbol, place a protective talisman or crystal, or blow over your body as a breath of sealing.
Spend a moment in silence, receiving and letting new light anchor.

Why This Ritual Works (Energetic Principles)
Sequential structure: First clean, then build, then empower aligns with energetic laws of release, protect, and fortify
Multi‑sensory elements: Candlelight, smoke, crystals, invocation, movement, they engage different energetic seals
Active reclaiming: Not just defensive, but identifying, cutting, and reclaiming your energy
Anchoring symbols & tools: Physical reminders (crystals, sigils) help your subconscious maintain the work
Adaptations, Cautions & Personalising
If incense or smoke doesn’t suit you, use sound (bells, singing bowls) or salt lamps.
Always ground before and after the ritual.
Use intention rather than rigid formulas; your intuitive tweaks matter.
If fear arises during the ritual, pause, breathe, ask for help with protection, and continue gently.
For those new to this work, consider inviting a spiritual mentor or seeking support while engaging in advanced rituals.
Daily Maintenance & Integration
Morning/Evening energy checks:
“Is my shield intact? Where is my energy?”
Simple mini‑visualisations: before leaving home, enclose yourself in a quick bubble of light.
Regular cleanse: smudge, sound, salt bath, moonlight wash.
Wear protective crystals (e.g. black tourmaline, bronzite) or carry a talisman.
Cultivate boundaries in relationships, don’t let emotional or psychic drainers linger.
Rest, nourish, reconnect with nature.

Final Reflections & Call to Action
My client “L” experienced relief, restoration, and clarity after this ritual. She told me: “It felt like a weight lifted, a door closed, and light came home.”
Protection is not about fear; it is about loving oneself, maintaining sovereignty, and achieving clarity. If you feel called to this ritual, adapt it, own it, and let your spirit lead.
