Welcome to my blog where we'll be discussing ways to lift your spirits and superstitions around pies and horses! Feeling down after a gambling loss? Try adding saffron spice to your meals or drinks for a mood boost. But be cautious not to overindulge!

Did you know that pies were once illegal? Oliver Cromwell banned them because they brought pleasure to the people. But fear not, for pies can also bring prosperity, spiritual favors, love, money, and even sex depending on the filling. Square pies are said to bring prosperity, while round pies bring spiritual favors. Apple pies are known to bring love and peace, banana pies bring money, and blackberry pies are said to ignite passion. For a sweet love, try strawberry, rhubarb, or gooseberry pies. And if you're feeling lucky, fruit mince pies are said to bring gambling fortune.

For horse racing enthusiasts, here's a tip to make your horse follow you anywhere. Mix half a kilo of oatmeal, a small jar of honey, and one hundred grams of licorice to make a cake. Keep it close to your skin for a day before feeding it to your horse. To protect your horse from witchcraft and improve their chances of winning, place Rowan and Ash branches with cold iron on the roof of the stables the night before the race.

And for those who enjoy a good card game, try rubbing a bit of sandalwood oil on the cards before playing. And if you're feeling lucky, use this spell for gambling: rub a green candle with Sandalwood oil and write on a green paper with a red pen the object you're betting on. Light the candle and burn the paper in the flame. Carry the stub of the candle and the ash of the paper on your person, and keep your bet with you until the lottery is drawn.

Remember, these superstitions are just for fun and should be taken with a grain of salt. But if it brings a bit of joy or luck into your life as they have with mine, why not give it a try?
