Some signs are more prone to divorce than others, so reading this might help you note the err in the marriage stakes. Taurus is the sign with the highest divorce rate, and the lowest tends to be Virgo or Libra.

Aries

You are a warm and romantic sign and do not like to be alone, so you most likely marry relatively young and often twice.  As a solid and determined personality, you divorce if you find your partner is not up to your standard in intellect or vigour.

Women are not happy to be just a housewife, and this does not go well with some men.  Men often have devoted husbands but leave if it is not appreciated.  Aries's divorce rate is a little above average.

Taurus

There are more divorces in this sign than any other. After the divorce, most Taureans marry again, often partners very similar to the first.  Taurus is often a selfish and demanding personality, and they need help to please as other signs must meet their requirements.  The Taurus man likes the nice things in life, like food and comfort; where this is missing, he will leave.  Taurus women often marry men weaker than them - which is not complex as they believe all men are vulnerable.

Gemini

As this sign is often argumentative and gets into quarrels, it is not surprising that Gemini divorced more than average.  You are in love with change, so you make changes frequently.  If you come from a happy home, you have a good chance in marriage, but often your temper and fickle mind find you in the divorce courts.  The Gemini man wants to be the boss, and if he finds someone willing to share this belief, he will settle happily into marriage.  The Gemini woman is often in search of a father figure, and she often marries a man considerably older or more mature thinking.

Cancer

As you are a busy and ambitious person, you often marry later in life.  Work and career are essential, and other things come after.  You can be hard to live with, as Cancer people want everything their way and forget about the nice things like love and romance.  The Cancer man loves his home and family and disapproves of divorce.  If it happens, it is usually his wife who wants it.  The cancer woman likes to dominate her mate and often marries at least twice.

Leo

Leo’s do not divorce very often, although their second marriage tends to be happier than their first. Leo’s like the old-fashioned person, the knight in shiny armour type or the nice girl next door. When their mates turn out to be ordinary people, they are disappointed. But the classic tall and handsome Leo will marry again.

Virgo

Although Virgo doesn’t divorce very often, they sometimes get disappointed in their mates.  When they divorce, they are so disenchanted they do not marry again.  They trust people only so far, and anything more is too much. The Virgo man is a good family man and holds on to his wife firmly.  He might be a little dull sometimes, and this could cause problems in his marriage.  The Virgo woman is a good wife and mother and often likes that to be her career.  They do tend to complain a bit.

Libra

This sign does not divorce easily.  Very few Libra’s ever end up in divorce court.  Libra has a very low tolerance for ridicule, and anyone who loves Libra should never ridicule them in public.  This would be the only reason a Libra man would divorce his wife.  The Libra woman is an ideal wife, and there are not many reasons for any man to divorce her, but if this sign does divorce for some reason, they tend to get married again soon.

Scorpio

As this sign often comes from a happy home with a dominant mother figure, they are not people to divorce very often.  Usually, the Scorpio will choose a good partner and live happily ever after.  As this is a very sexually active sign, sometimes incompatibility might be the reason for divorce.  The Scorpio also tends some moodiness, so this could aggravate some relationships.  The male Scorpio is a hard worker and looks after his family and friends loyally.  The Scorpio woman is usually strong and seems to marry quiet men who like to get their strength from them.

Sagittarius

This is a very unreliable sign of love.  They like to play with fire and get their kicks from the emotions it creates.  The Sagittarius male is the hunter and wants the full attention of the person he is pursuing. Not too faithful to his wife, whom he finds too dull, he usually creates a situation where his wife leaves him.  The Sagittarius woman is much the same and does not like the domesticity expected of her.

Capricorn

The Capricorn is an emotional sign, but they do not divorce easily because of their fierce loyalty.  Often the Capricorn can pick a good partner, and if there is a divorce, it is usually caused by another sign.  When the break-up occurs, it hurts Capricorn’s feelings, and it takes them a long time to recover.  The men respect their spouses and expect them to be good mothers and wives.  The women are the rulers but are very subtle about it, so the husband thinks he is the head.  Both sexes believe in marriage and try hard to make it work.

Aquarius

This sign only slowly divorces, as this is the intellectual sign, and both sexes think very carefully before committing themselves.  They are solid characters and hard to please, but usually, they manage to find a partner to suit them.  The Aquarius male like women to be women so he can play the male of the species, but he is sometimes a little unreliable and seeks another partner.  Aquarius women dominate in the marriage, but with a milder man, she will be happy.  Sometimes she likes to pursue a career instead.

Pisces

Pisces is a somewhat restless sign, which might be the main reason for their high divorce rate.  They like to play on people’s feelings and want sympathy, and good looks often attract their attention.  The male Pisces likes strong women who are independently wealthy, and the Pisces woman likes a softer man she can mould to her liking.  With both sexes, the partner's looks play an essential part in the selection.
